Alright, some of you may have seen the Aqua Rocks wallpaper.
I thought it was excellent. So I just made a small modification and removed the Apple logo and text.
I think I did a good job.
Here is a small preview of it.
I just need to know if it's a mac wall and I can release it or if someone made it and I need to get permission.

Well,that was an official Apple wallpaper, and since we're all stealing from Apple anyway, sure, you don't need permission.
Just be sure to tell people its adapted from Apple.
Yep as I mentioned above I did edit it. But this is my OWN version I can guarantee it was all editted by myself. Obviously I didn't know that there was already one made. I'm sure my one is better though

That wallpaper is called ClearApple,....
I first ran into it over 2 years ago, then lost it,...
I then searched for it, found it again and introduced it here about 7 months ago.

thanks for the link, I forgot where I got it from and saved the edit over the original.
As it can be seen it was already blurred to begin with so sharpening the image is a bit difficult (time consuming) since if I do I have to do that to the outer edges first.
You should really get the original artists permission before modifying and distributing their wallpapers.

Hey there sorry for not replying sooner but I had few connection problems.
Before removing the text or editing the wall I posted a question asking if it was alright on this forum AND on Aqua XP and was told it was alright. Since it was an original Mac wall and "we are all ripping anyway" according to one of the members.
I try to make sure that everyone gets credit for artwork.

It is not an original Mac wall, it is made by an artist. To my knowledge it is not made by apple. This is important because you changed the name aswell, c'mon man, just contact the original artist.
If it was a Panther or jaguar default mac background then ok, but this isn't, it's made by an artist.
Man I didn't know, I was that it was a Mac wall so I believed it. No one said it was an artist. Now that I have the link I'll do that.
But also, someone else mentioned that I wasn't the first to remove the text from the wall.
