Is this for looks only?
If it's for functionality too then I doubt it'll be a fair question because most here probably won't have got to play with it yet.
Hell, I vote Panther on looks though! 
Well,remember, 10.0-10.1 had a much different look than 10.2, so its not fair to group them together.

actually, some people bragged about trying it out so maybe they got a leaked alpha or beta version.
used the developers preview panther for a while, its solid.
not a fair comparision tho b'cos jaguar has matured since it's first iteration.
so for now jaguar.
Hmmm... I'd rather have all non-metallic items of Aqua (white stripes, raised min/max/close buttons, spherical itunes buttons etc) and all metallic items of Panther.

For me, that remains an easy one. I come from a country with more than its fair share of gray clouds and... gray isn't something that I want an abundance of on my desktop. Jaguar all the way 
That said, my ideal would be a modded version of Milk Redux, with Panther's countersunk traffic lights and OS X's aqua slider. I do like the clean simplicity of Panther but... gray!? :6 Nuh-uh.

I want to see its evolution. (It was Puma right?)
ill post one in a hour i got 10.1.5 at my house on my ibookm, i wanna move up to 10.2, so maby someone could make a comparision

If you ask me, I would try and make some sord of a combination between jaguar and panther, but we dont really know for sure how 10.3 is REALLY REALLY going to end up like.
So far there are many more things i like more in panther than jaguar, but ther are other things in jaguar I like much more.
but i remember hating the plastic aqua buttons in my guts, but now i cant look back - so go apple®!! :bow:
Good points, Goku. Yep, yep I am with the pureist motif but I would like to see more optional options supplied with each theme pack. I love the old Aqua buttons (iTunes just looks better with em!!) and I do find the gray of the Panther themes a bit rainy weather dull.
It would make for more work for the themer gods (luv you guys :bow:) but - mix n' match options, please ! Everybuddy wins !
