HTML is best.
In my own opinion, HTML is good. I believe that the message will count if you are creating a web page. The message can be in a form of words, images or other elements. I just want to ask on how to create a good HTML? Thanks.
As far as creating a web page is concern html is the best. There are many tutorials are available to create good html.
".html" is the best suitable format for a simple and static website. It can be easily loaded as it takes less storage space as compared to ".dwt" or ".dat" ...

I agree HTML is the best as it is easy to understand.You need not to be technical to understand the concepts of HTML.
I also think that HTML is best, whilst dreamweaver is also a part of html.
