Convert Thin Taskbar To Normal Size

I like the look of a few of Kol's themes (Smooth Stripes, Brushed, Panther etc.) but I want to convert his thin taskbars back to the normal windows size.

Can anyone help me out?

Set the content margins for the top and bottom to 4 in:

General->Taskband->FlashButton

Taskband->Toolbar->button

Taskband->Toolbar->dropdownbutton

Taskbar->Toolbar_>button

Taskbar->Toolbar->dropdownbutton

TrayNotifyHoriz->TrayNotify->Background
