alway when i start window it will show this popup [say: error creating hook]

I install vistaosx and ivista too

how to remove this popup when start again.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand.

Is RKLauncher not working for you? The same thing happened to me. I recommend you uninstall it, and use RocketDock instead. Vista OSX is meant to make your PC incredibly slow as well (never used it though). If you want the Visual Style, but not the complete program install, look here:
