General Pc Discussion Suggestion

Seeing as this site is pretty inactive at the moment, why isn't a General PC forum added? The site might have been made for people who wanted to emulate the Mac OSX look, but surely it could be updated? The theme could be kept as a reminder for the what the site was originally planned for.
