Explorer Keeps Crashing!

Please I really need help on this, I'm using a Toshiba (yeah...) Satellite and after I installed SP1, everytime I change the volume with the laptop's wheel, explorer crashes; So I think it must me a driver, but every driver is up to date according to Vista, so I don't know what to do, help please?

And I don't have a virus, I've scanned with Nod32.

If you roll it back to using system restore do you get the same problem?

Yes, and it happens after SP1 and I have SP2 and still have the same problem, I know because I had to format my laptop a month ago and it never happened.
