Iceman Tweaked Files & Windows Update

Every time there is a security update for i explorer I get some (not many) of my osx like new icon babies( iceman system files) off and replaced by the old (and digusting) ones. Is there any trick to avoid that. Is quite boring to reinstall the tweaked system files everytime

Mmmm.... I'm not sure about this, but you should to check if the updated files (those downloaded in the update process) remain the same version or they're different. If they're different, you shouldn't replace them with the mine ones, because then you'll loosing your update.

Anyway, you can rename your i386 and dllcache folders in order to avoid the file replacement.
