[help] App To Create Different Desktop Icon Layouts

Does anyone know of a free program for Windows XP that can create and manage different icon layouts on the desktop? For example, I could have one layout with only the My Computer icon and another with many more icons etc. Sort of like a virtual desktop app for desktop icons and not windows. I found one called Amelix Icon Manager but unfortunately it's not free.
