Alternative To Macsearch

Hi,

I run Windows XP and have been working to emmulate leopard style for awhile now.. I've tried MacSearch but for some reason it always causes my explorer to crash.. is there any alternative program for this? I attached a screenshot of my desk.

I can really recommend Launchy or Executor as Spotlight Clones.

Simply the best, and more sleek and secure than the Google solution, if your interested in privacy, that is.
