Flv To Avi For Mac

hi!

I need to convert a couple of flash files to video format.

the problem is that now i have only Mac... if i've had to do it under windows, i'd use flash to video encoder by geovid (there's a great number of such convertors, but i use this one).

but i don't know, if there are any good tools designed for mac os however i guess, there are some

so, please, come up with your suggestions!!
