My Apple Menu And Taskbar Is Gone
... in RK Laucnher (the dock) check the settings, look for the one that hides the taskbar and un-check it.
Do a little search before next time please, this has been answered a couple of times already, in less than a week.

but it only hides the taskbar below what i'm talking about is this:

Not 100% sure what you mean here?
Does the task bar auto hide?
Are you using RK Launcher, did you try what Church Punk advised?
If your not using RKL, and the Taskbar still auto hides, right click the taskbar select properties, then in Taskbar appearance click Auto-Hide.
what church punk said is right, right click on the dock, click settings, and on the behavior tab there is a section that says dock control and a bunch of check mark setting, make sure to check that "hide the taskbar" is unchecked, thats it
i'm talking about the apple menu on the top... with buttons like
Apple - Window - File - Edit - View - Go - Window - Help Bluetooth - Volume - Konfabulator - Etc - Time User
not the taskbar with startmenu at the bottom

Did you use FlyakiteOSX to emulate the Mac look? I've never used Flyakite, but I'm sure if you run the installer again it will bring the Menubar back
Or
Have you installed Objectbar, you should be able to locate it in your program files and run it manually.
Or have you installed Finderbar, again there should be a folder in the program file where you can manually start it.
Right click on taskbar and go to properties check all settings.

Ok, so first all we need to determine what bar did you install.
Can you go to your C:\Program Files folder and list here all folders? (you can skip those which are obviously not, such as Microsoft Office, WinRar, etc...)
Did you install any of these?:
- Flyakite
- a Bricopack
Go to windows search (Windows key + F) and find a folder named Bricopack. If it doesn't find anything, try again with Bricopacks. If you get any result, then open the folder Bricopack(s) and post here with a list of all folders inside it.
If you have a folder C:\Program Files\Stardock, then open it too and post a list of all folders inside it.
BTW, you should post all these lists of folders in a unique post: (else moderators get ungry)
Folder name (e.g.: Bricopacks)
- subfolder 1
- subfolder 2
- ...
Other folder (e.g.: Program Files)
- more subfolders...
We don't want to know all your private stuff at Aqua-Soft here, but if any of us can guess what were you using to emulate the finderbar, then will be able to help much better.
