I took them and converted them using punklab's converticon

I need the original .ICO/.ICNS (maybe), because as usual the author of the icon draw 16x16 and 32x32 frames little different as simple resize.

I understand, but that's all I could do. However I set converticon to make icons of all sizes from 16 to 128 px and they look good on my computer.
