Skin Vista To Look Like Mac.

Well, I have an iMac and I love the way OS X looks, and so when ever I get on my laptop, I can't stand the way it looks. Is there a program like Flyakite OS X for Vista? I understand you can install Flyakite on Vista anyway, but the darn thing doesn't work with 64-bit. I already know about Vista OS X, I tried it, and it is very inaccurate and ugly (IMO). I have tried manually doing it, but WB cost money and the free version only lasts 30 days. I could get a torrent (already tried like 4 times), but most WB torrents I found either don't work, or they're filled with a virus.

If there is an older version of WindowBlinds that can work with a well-done Panther, Tiger, or Leopard theme please link me to it. I know there must be a unlimited lasting WB Free version out there, because Flyakite uses it and it doesn't expire.

EDIT: I already know how to get the mouse cursers, a dock, the finder bar, and more nifty features.

Afaik Flyakite does not use WB. I think it's just an .msstyle theme-file. And you can get pretty good results with theme change and some changed icons + switcher. I don't see the point

vista osx, it come for vista 32bit servicepack 1 and vista 64bit here: http://www.vistaosx.net/download.htm

this changes everything, the theme, all icons gives you the dock and spaces, and leftsider(makes close buttons on the left side of the window =p enjoy

sorry to bring this discussion back from the dead, but I already used Vista OSX and it was awesome...for about 20 minutes, then it crashed my computer to the point of no return.

If you want to use the program, make a back-up on a CD first because it corrupted my backup drive!

VistaOSX is not worth the risk, time and trouble. Give it a wide berth. IMHO WinBubble is a much more accessible and safe way to re-theme Vista.
