How To Add Mouseover(background) Click System Tray Icon

HOW to ADD mouseover(background) when you click system tray icon in MSSTYLE..i have u check csongi msstyle..

said styler builder?..but im confusing wid code or txt where ?????..

Well I'm not sure about the first photo, but I know that if you download OB and find a good theme, it will automatically come with it.

i found it ..open the normal.ini in msstyle..code. but im stil having error

if anyone expertise on this pls help me for all developers of msstyle pls help me out..
