Room Designing

As you might have guessed from the topic. I am re-doing my room. Its not a big room but some links where i could get help would be really good.

I am talking about colors, furniture, placing and all the good stuff.

Its rectangular with these dimensions:

Height: 4.37 meters = 172 inches

Width 2.92 meters = 115 inches

I made a basic Layout of my current room on Ai. So any designing or info links will be helpful. Picture is attached.

I am fond of designing my own room. I change my design every other two weeks. I prefer gothic designs and statements.

When I had to redesign my room, I did the whole room (indeed the whole apartment, with kitchen, bathroom, etc...) with Google Sketchup.

Then I also did the bed, chairs, table, etc... and finally repositioned them to different alternatives.

I finally came with one alternative for summers and other for winters (the bed changes place or I would die of cold or hot temperatures).

Aren't there sites which will help you decide which color do you want and what furniture should i use so that i get max productivity and enuf space at the same time. Coz i haf no idea on how to redesign whatsoever.. But downloading Sketchup right now lets see... If you have any links which will help me then it would be really cool. Plus i am a little tight on budget and need more flex so i think i wanna go with IKEA furniture completely and use some of the old furniture as well

Hi! Have you heard the software called 3D Home Interiors Deluxe?.. I just saw it last week when I done Google searching. This software was really good. It will help you create a good design for your room.
