Pls Help About Tooltips Msstyle

how can i change or add a tooltip background and text in msstyle.. simpliest is to change display properties .. :mellow:

im using styler but in start up its back to default ugly white or ligt yellow color and black text.. :blink:

dat d only chance to change tooltips in msstyle. coz im nt expert on this
