Try selecting the package, right click, open with then select winrar or winzip, that worked 4 me.
How about I already unzipped it, I'm on a mac so I need an app to extract the images from the .ip file.
I was looking for it too and I think I can do it with skdj's tips.
The .ip file is a zip file renamed, so just rename it to .zip and extract.
