Shadows on Vista windows / Centered text in titlebar

Hello!

WindowsXP was much easier to customize than Vista (to make it look like a Mac), but unfortunately, I had to make the switch-over.

On the net, I can find lots of visual styles for Vista that aren't accurate, especially the spacing between the buttons. BUT, if I apply them as "vista basic"-themes, the buttons are perfect, the text is centered,... The problem is then how to get shadow...

YZ'Shadow is XP-only, as are the other programs that do this.

So my question is:

- does anybody know a program for Vista that adds shadows to your windows?

- or does anybody know how to get text centered in titlebars of windows on Aero-enabled visual styles?

Thanks in advance!

Xfifteen.

are you sure the new version of YzShadow cannot run in Vista? Did you try using it's inclusion list to add Vista's explorer to be shadowed when not using aero? I don't have vista at the moment so I cannot test it out for you sorry.

The New Yz Shadow works on Vista! The old one even worked on Vista.

Okay lol thanks!

The YZ'shadow that I found on the net, like v1.9 (where CrystalXP says it also works on Vista) does NOT work in Vista :)

But indeed, the newest does (2.1)! Thanks :)

I'm still trying to find a way to get the text centered in the titlebar of my windows :/ (on Aero-enabled themes)
