Stuck with Windows Classic theme

Hello everyone, I just downloaded UXTheme Multi-patcher. After the installation, I got stuck with that ugly Windows Classic theme. When I go into Control Panel->Display->Theme, change my theme to Windows XP and hit the Apply button, nothing happens. Help?

What version of the patch did you use, if you've running SP3, you'll need to use the correct one.

I think your patch didn't install properly. Reinstall it and try.
