Alt Tab Problem

Ok so here's the deal. I eliminated the taskbar on my machine because I don't use it at all. I've switched between a mixture of Matonga's Winexpose (thanks Matonga!) and MacSwitch. The problem is that when I have only one window open, and I minimize it, I can only get it open again by opening another window and then either doing winexpose or alt tab.

It's not really a big deal, but it would be really nice for a solution to this problem.

In my mind the quickest solution would be an extremely lite app that could be run on startup and would have no function except to act as a link to my desktop. This way when I do Alt Tab (MacSwitch) or Shift Tab (Winexpose) It will work with only one app open. And the second choice will bring up my desktop.

I didn't want to tell this idea, because it means I'll have to implement it.

WinExposé doesn't activate when only one window exists. But, what happens when such only window is minimized? Nothing. And that's wrong. It should exposé such window.

So if you think this would be fine and would solve your problem, then I'll implement it.

That would make me extremely happy matonga. Seriously I've said this numerous times, but you are truely one of the most generous and giving people I've ever met. I can't thank you enough.

Perhaps you could also make a lite application that would run at startup that would sit in my task tray. Something that was really just a link to my desktop. That way winexpose would always have 2 programs open and could work. Also I could then Alt + Tab for macswitch when just one app is open?

I don't really understand what you mean, by having an app which sits on the tray and solves some MacSwitch bug? Anyway, why would you Alt+Tab when there is only one app open? Unless such app is minimized... which makes me remind of promised bugfix on WinExposé... here you are:
