Bits of start menu are left behind

I have a problem with the start menu.. Whenever I open it and close the menu, some of it is left behind wherever there is something open there (like CAD or XWD).

This only happens with a transparent taskbar though, I use Finderbar for transparency but it also happens with transbar. Without transparency it doesn't do this. Anyone with the same problem or how to fix it? Thankye

My advise would be to just turn off Transparency. Maybe it's something with your configurations settings with the two programs. I would play around with the settings to see if anything changes.
