You have to use gnome-theme-manager (type that in a console) to install the themes.

The player is RHYTHMBOX. Its pretty cool, but buggy as hell.

what gtk theme are you running? i can't seem the find one that looks as good as yours

It's a gtk theme I'm working on. I'd hoped to produce a really clean, well documented version before releasing, but work has been really busy lately, so it's been slow going. I promise I'll release it eventually!
