[help]outlook Systray Icon

I've successfully reshacked all my tray icons, to match those sexy black icons just released in the forum.

Now i'm wondering how to reshack Outlook XP's system tray icon. I've applied a reg tweak which minimizes Outlook to the system tray. But it uses the default Outlook icon. I've opened Outlook.exe in res hacker, and replaced every instance of the icon it uses. But it doesn't change in the tray.

If I open an explorer window, the icon Outlook.exe shows is my hacked one, but like I said, the system tray icon remains the same.

So my question is, anyone know what .dll or .exe needs to be res hacked to have this fixed. I'd appreciate any tips of tricks.

i think maybe, you have to mod one of the dll's in the outlook folder.. i don't know for certain which..
