How do I install AveDesk?

I just downloaded the latest AveDesk (1.3) and I'm running on XP SP3 now how the hell do I install this? when I click on the AveDesk button it says

"This aplication has failed to start because d3xd9_36.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
