Welcome to Aqua-soft.
What you are looking for is a program called 'About this Mac' or ATM for short.
Might I suggest to try to use the Search feature at the top of this page. Type in ATM or 'About this Mac' and select in the 'Search posts from' any date.
You should get a search result with a slew of submissions on this subject.
