TD 4.02 Panther + TD Tiger 0.4

I am looking for the two visual styles created by Three Drives. The first one is Beta: TD Tiger 0.4 and the second is TD 4.02 Panther.

The original links doesn't work anymore. So, can somebody here reupload these files for me?. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you...
