I was updating my Mac OS X 10.5 to 10.6 now, (cz i was on vacation). And since there were some issues with my internet connection I paused the update downloads a few times. Now that the downloads are over i hit the install button and when it goes ahead and removes everything and the update dialogue comes up, it stops at "configuring updates"
It wont go ahead.. any help?
10.6 ? ok well granted i'm not on leopard but I didn't think they'd released a new major update going from 10.5 to 10.6?
only help i can offer is you may have to clear the update programs cache and re download them, but i've no clue where the cache for it is.
did you mean "from 10.5.5 to 10.5.6"?

Many people where experiencing problems with this update. So did I, I had to reinstall my MacBook because of this update. Try searching Google.

you searched 1.5.6.. which should be 10.5.6.. and thanks i got it..
