Help with icons

Hey can somebody help me, I already had an iconpackage installed, but in some windows I still seeing the ugly yellow folders, including Finger XP,how can i fix this? I also mod the .dll where icons are stored, yesterday i installed an other iconpackage but still the same.... heeeelp pls I hate those icons.

oh iconpackager doesn't take care of all the icons! i have that prob, and am trying to fix it. i'm gonna make a shell32 with all leopard icons so i won't have any ugly icons left!
