Guys I'm Going to be buying Windowsblinds tomorrow with a visa gift card im getting for christmas and I have 2 Questions:
1) When I pay for will I be send a disk or will I be able to download right after I pay for it?
2)I downloaded the Trial version a couple months ago, will I need to uninstall this version or can i install the full version over the trial version?
1) you will be able to download right away. They will give you the link for direct download. Just give correct email address when submiting your payment. So no need of shipped disk.
2) No need to unistall the trial version before. All settings you had will remain untouched this way.
If you can actually afford the price of the app (which i think is fair) you should buy it. There is nothing better than the original thing. I recomend this also because for the sake of developers, since the money you pay goes for more support (in most cases).
Seriously, i dont see why ppl use cracks and they dont buy afterwards if they keep using the app. Its totally pointless then...
I agree with you Punk. If people can earn their money, they must buy what they want to use. Like their PCs, PSs, fridges, TVs etc.
Hey guys, can u help me with a problem? I have tried to download Windowsblinds countless times and each time it says my Order has been denied because there is some wrong with the address section ( I know theres nothing wrong with it) Then i went and checked my visa's transaction History and I have a $19.95 pending transaction (the card balance has been charged $19.95) but I have no e-mail with a download link. I have already contacted stardock through e-mail, though when I try to call them the recording says that they are closed until January 5, 2009. So does that meaan I won't get any help until then? Should I just sit and wait until January 5th?
Stardock's customer support is usually pretty good. You'll probably get an email some time soon.
I'm not sure what the specific problem is, but sometimes web forms will complain if there's any unusual punctuation. This includes periods and the like: have you tried editing the address section and removing anything that's not alphanumeric?
