Macbook Pro.
Intel core duo 2ghz.
2gb ram.
100gb HD.
ATI 256mb graphics Mobility 2600.
2006 model.
Faults
- Airport wireless card is off/on
- peeling paint round the keyboard
- Battery needs replacing
only because I want to get a new unibody one (my HD is too small in the current!)
Just general thoughts on selling. Im ambitiously hoping $2000 AUD + (I bought it for $3999)

I can tell you how much I'd bargain for in USD, if it helps... maybe $1000

I think it used to be about half, but I haven't checked in a while, so haven't a clue what the economy has done to it.

of course it is... this was two years ago when Macbook Pro's first went intel!
mind you, MBP's are still pricey even with current specs. I think they're the most overpriced of all apple items. I mean look at the iMacs- I think they're great value for money.
There is no doubt that they are the best 15" laptop. Except maybe a dell (if you swing that way =P )
Edit- According to my dashboard widget on my MBP, $1000 USD now is = $1,521 AUD.
That's like... £800. For a 2 year old laptop? eeeeeeh I'll go elsewhere thanks

hmm im hoping i can do a local sale... bundle in some software (u know) and make it a good deal that way...
sell it to a struggling uni student, who needs a mac for design or something but cant afford a new one. Needs photoshop etc

I think that's a godo plan, put some ads in the paper, and so. ($2000 or best offer) because nobody will really pay that much
