3D Modelling / Designing

I came across a software which gives me the ability to make clothes' designs and all that. Its called Optitex 3D Runway Designer

The thing is that its only for windows. I didnt come across any software which runs on a mac too. Is there any software like this which runs on a mac native?

There is an addin for Cinema 4D which allows you to design clothes, I think. Didn't remember the name.
