[request] Imovie App Or Skin

I like windows movie maker, i love imovie. is it possible to make an app of imovie or create a skin for windows movie maker?

in a non related note: I was wondering how to get the panther open and save dialog to work, im a little new at this so im not sure how to make the dialog work

Oh, and, can anybody make a warning app like the one in mac osx (When windows brings up error warning or caution windows)maybe a send error report Mac osx mod would be a way to finally accept defeat!

The following link isn't an imovie remake, or anything really like it (I assume), but it is probably on of the best movie apps available for windows. Download and try it. I actually don't use anything else anymore.
