Applying Styler toolbar without install Styler?
There's a kinda a clue in the name "Styler" toolbar, so you would really need it to be installed to use it. 
If your PC can't handle Styler, you show take a look at QT Tab Bar. As far as I'm aware it's still in development where as Styler has came to a grinding halt.
You must install styler toolbar for getting the option to the toolbar in explorer. But then you simply let it not start with windows.
It will not load the whole styler program, but you still keep the tool bar.
The only thing is that the hide menubar will not work.
@ArchDevil: yeah...but it appears that those three reg tweaks do not work with my xp sp2....sigh...
