Get A Free Ipod...

Ah, Well, I was watching the Idiot Box, and I saw this VW Beetle commercial, (so, obviously I didnt pay attention as bettles are a chick car), and I heard "iPod". Now, Obviously, That grabbed my attention. It appears to be that you get a free iPod when you buy a VW Beetle. http://www.vw.com/****eetle/ I think its interesting because 1) VW's are gay and are trying to get geeks to buy a car with a cool iPod and 2) Apple is sitting on all thier iPods.

Regardless, I'd rather download a Bug (like Windows 9x+) than pay $20,000+ for a bug.

So, If you want your free iPod, don't complain, the Opportunity is there.

He used a casual term, ok? Most people do use such terms on a casual speech, and that is a term like "looks crap" or something like that, and I bet must of you use this type of "double" meaning words.

I like the beetle, and that would be probably the first car I would buy if i got the cash, but the car is subject for some to look it as the best car and the ugliest.

I use casual terms, and sometimes we say/write them without thinking, he said that the the brand/car was not that good, not "that is a car for gay people" he never made such a direct statement, so top trying to be a mature person by defending the term, because the term is a slang that is misused and has the trouble that is has double meaning and some look it by one side and other by other.

if you love german engineering (as do i), there are so many other cars...

1) all other volkswagons (im thinking about a Jetta GLS as my next car....200hp 6-speed transmission :naughty:)

2) Audi (owned by VW)...the TT is kinda cool, but Car&Driver put it down. the new S4 is gonna have a V8 with about 328HP (thats right, a V8 putting out that much power in a compact car

3) Porsche...anything but the Boxster, and you're alright in my book

Maybe VW convinced apple, any way the VW's are of very good quality and design, the new models are great, here in Mexico they are sold very good, I dont see why on the US they are not that sold or wanted, maybe cause they are germans or something, but they are of very good quality.
