Aqua-Soft ForumsI installed safari on my Girlfriends computer and for some reason it does not load myspace and other things all the way but when I put it on my laptop it works just fine any suggestions.

Try installing it again. Maybe the computer is just slow and can't really open it fast enough (Well, you'd had to have under 256mb RAM for that to happen, because it works fine for me and I got 256mb SDRAM XD)

Hewlett-Packard
Pavilion
AMD Athlon XP 3000+
2.16GHz, 448MB of Ram
Im not sure that should be a problem or not because she put it on her laptop also and I'm pretty sure that it is slower and older then her desktop
When I open Internet Explorer thou it doesn't say that there are no add ons like on my laptop
I also tried re-installing and doing on the safari add-ons but still no luck 
The problem is not the speed, cause I got 1.5ghz Intel Core Duo and I think 2gb of ram or 512mb idk its one of those 2. One problem may be this, when you uninstall Safari it doesnt delte rigistry settings and many other peripherals. Use this free, portable, Vista & XP freindly tool called RevoUninstaller, http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninst...e_download.html [get the portable version which is in a zip file and can be taken on the go. Once u download it extract it into a new folder called RevoUninstaller, then put the folder in some place you won't forget, make a shortcut of the actual exe 8if you want then open it.
Okay now the explaining starts, first have Safari still imstalled onto the system, then open RevoUninstall, once it completely loads Safari will be somewhere in that list, doubleclik it and in the first window that pos up click that last bullet which is advanced mode if I believe. It will start its progress saying its making a restorepoint then it will open its own uninstaller, after Safari's uninstall window is done it will scan for uneeded files and regisrty keys in the system, click next and the next certain things will say what is left, clcik select all the delete, confirm to place it into the recyclebin wait till its done then click nect, the next page will say its done. Close all windows, then restart the PC to be on the safe side, download and reinstall Safari again with all the needed plugins and don't skip one!
And a nice bonus my DA freind made is the safe mode to turn the min,Max,close buttons to look like Mac OS X's buttons, heres the download link, http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/attachment....10&d=1215299973 , extract it and the file that says SafariTheme.dll copy it to C:Program FilesSafari, make sure to make a copy of the original file incase you don't want it anymore. Once in there if ur GF's laptop is running Vista confirm the UAC prompt then close that window.
Dont' open Safari unitill all of this is done!

Wat is the complete stats if ur GF's laptop then:
OS, ram, x32 or x64 bit, etc.
