auto apply changes?

I'm using WindowBlinds 6, and I'm wondering why when my system starts up with WB, the previous changes I made to the skin are not loaded? All I have to do is open the options and click 'apply changes', but it gets very frustrating to do so every time I reboot.

The changes aren't made in skin studio, but just tweaks I made directly from the WB config.
