does anyone know how I can make Microsoft Office 2003 look like Microsoft Office 2008 for mac?

I find Office 2003 look Cinda boring like this

XD well, only installing the actual thing (Office 2007) There's very big differences in both of them (mainly the ribbon issue :S)
