I've had flyakite installed for around a year and a half now, and want to go back to the normal windows look but I'm wondering if there's a chance uninstalling it will break windows? I've got around 200gb of stuff I don't want to lose so if there's a big chance I think i'm betting off leaving it. I remember it said something about making a backup when I installed but i'm not sure if it did, and if windows messes up and I can't get into it there's not really anyway that's going to help, right? Where is the backup located so I can tell if it infact made one or not? I just don't want to chance losing everything if there's a fairly high chance I won't be able to get into windows again if I uninstall it. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
Will uninstalling fyakite mess anything up?
There is no chance that you will lose anything it will uninstall completely safe no worrys
It's highly unlikely, however it's messing with system files, so saying it's completely safe is retarded.
A system restore should fix anything that does go wrong, so feel free.

Very good point nothing is completely safe when it comes to messing with system files..
And agreed a system restore point would be an excellent idea ![]()
