I don't know if there was some kind of news here, but I have read in todays news about coming new Phone from Blackberry and a picture. If it is true than it is a gross stealing of ideas.
Have a look it is almost the iPhone style. Looks like there is not only Microsoft that likes to copy things.
this is not a copy.
LG's Prada was a copy... actually it was a pretty poor imitation. This is just a spinoff of a spinoff of a copy.
One thing to note though, is that blackberry by my books is still far better than the iphone for more complex organization of business matters. The iphone is a consumer phone, and therefor has to impress home users and the 'basic' needs of business users alike. In time i believe the iPhone will take on a bigger role, but till then.
Blackberry, I understand, has more in the way of contact management, scheduling, word processing etc etc...Combine this with iPhone's easy of use sucessfully and you've created a very good business phone indeed...
One cool thing to note about this phone is that the screen has many springs behind it (think like a bed), so that its easier to type on ( than say iPhone's glass screen).

Not a ripoff. I'm a BlackBerry fanboy, but even if I wasn't I wouldn't call it a knock off of the iPhone. I'll be getting this when it gets released and I'll be sellings my Curve.

It's a bit more complex than the iPhone. Now everyone head out buy a couple of these; so, I can dump my RIM stock at decent price. 
lol.. "the springs thing" really caught my attention. Since blackberry is official in kuwait and iPhone isn't. (iPhone is not officially released here and ppl just bring em here and unlock it). The price of the new iPhone 3G 8GB is KWD 270 (=$1010).
You guys can prolly buy a laptop for that much there. 
If this is launched for a reasonable price then, yea sure.. i mean why not take this phone. My dad had one blackberry 8700 which i found really good. It had everything that I wanted.
And the one that is posted above looks and feels good (by the look i mean) so yea.. its kewl!
Actually, about two weeks ago you could've picked up a new Dell laptop for $399 CDN. Today about $549.
It look's like a plain laptop is going to be cheaper than a phone soon!
