StackDocklet - Isn't there an "onHover" or "rollover" effect?

Hi,

First of I'd like to thank the teams behind these forums, and the people who created and put out RK Launcher, and the iVista mod for it.

My question is about the StackDocklet. When you click for example, your "downloads stackdocklet" folder, and your items fan out or grid out, when you hover over them, is there some type of hover or rollover effect? When I hover over items in the TaskDocklet, there is a beautiful hover effect, and I'd like to see this same type of effect on the stackDocklets.

I can't remember if when I first installed the iVista RK Launcher if there was such an effect on the stackDocklets or if I'm just going insane and there never was any effect? I suppose the purpose of my post is... is there supposed to be a rollover effect, and if not, is there a way to enable one?
