Button not aligned when maximize

Hi how do I fix an alignment issue? Whenever I my window is in the maximize state, the "Close, Minimize, Maximize" button on the left is not aligned, I have to click at the side of the button to activate it. However the buttons work ok when my window is in a non-maximize state.

Another issue is sometime when I open a window, the titlebar goes completely transparent, and i have to close and reopen the folder for example to get back the titlebar

I am using the LeopardGlass theme by neo desktop.

You could try modifying the button alignment in SkinStudio 6.

It does not work. I tryed some option, but all it does it to deplace image and button, not only button. Here's an exemple. The button is where you press to activate (minimize, maximize, close)

a = close image, `= close button, e = minimize image, ¸= minimize button, c = maximize image and ^ = maximize button
