for most apps it would be reshack, but some let you choose a custom icon (like new kazaa lite k++) ... just open the apps you want to edit in reshack, in some it will be the dll's that you have to edit, and find the tray icon

About replacing: if you use ObjectBar, it lets you customize systray icons. Look for Systray properties, Behavior tab.

What about an Outlook icon? Or some sort of E-mail icon?

I have both a Lotus Notes system tray minder program, that tells me when I have e-mail. And also, I minimize Outlook XP to my system tray.

I've already reshacked the Lotus Minder to use your My Documents icon. It's not exactly what i'd like, but it fits in, and looks alot better then the bright orange envelope.

The Outlook minimization looks awful. It's the default Outlook icon in my tray, next to all your sexy black icons. I've posted in the icon forum asking how to change it, so hopefully someone figures out how, and hopefully you make me another sexy black icon.

I just asked for the same thing in another thread a few weeks ago. It's because he attatched the files to his post, and files are deleted after 30 days.

Go to deviantart.com , they're hosted there, under the same name.
