Stacks shows windows Yellow folder

Ok guys i kinnda have an odd one here.....

when i click the stack icon, the (fan or grid doesent matter) icons are the UGLY windows yellow icons.....

i have the iconpackager theme of leopard icons running..... then why are the icons the yellow and windows?

Guys any help or idea wil be appreciated....

i have applied it like 3 days back, but i havent ret=started my comp since...so do i have to reboot???????
