iPod help

I just got a new iPod tonight and having a little trouble setting the time for it

In the "settings" window I got the time zone set to Winnipeg GMT-6 and displays the correct time.

However if I add Winnipeg as a city in "Clock" window it shows the time one our ahead of the correct time.

either the clock or the ipod clock has DST enabled, thats probably whats causing it. Is that a classic, a nano or (i doubt it) a touch?
