Hey guys, whenever i try to shut iTunes on my XP machine. I hangs and then i have to shut it down the the task manager. Is it just me or any one else experiencing this?
That happened once; For me it's the scroll lag...
Now what do i do to get rid of this prob. I mean i reformatted my computer to Win XP, Downloaded a fresh install file and then installed it. Still the same.
^ ummm.... did u try uninstalling Quicktime completely and re-installing?
Uninstall iTunes. Uninstall Quicktime as well. Restart system.
Delete iTunes and Quicktime installation directories, if uninstaller haven't deleted them.
Restart system and reinstall iTunes (it should install quicktime automatically).
Report back if problem persist.
Also please tell your system configuration (hardware and software).
Dude.. i said i Formatted my computer.. that means i wiped out the whole drive. But still if you're saying i will. But All of my music is in that one iTunes Folder. Which is managed by iTunes. Oh well, i might just back it up as well.
I'll let you know what happens and my config if my prob persists. Thanks for the reply btw.

Or make Apple optimize Windows software. They were making better x86 optimized stuff when the were on using PowerPC for everything...

But i also have a PC.. now thats whats my problem. Anyways.. i will try to fix the problem by the new iTunes 8.
Btw. news guys, get working Apple has released the new Nano, iTunes 8, & iPod Touch for starters, atleast thats what i see on the front!

Well what can I say about this Apple event?... worst kept secrets ever. lol. And all the other 'speculated' items that fanboys (aka me) wanted didnt make an appearance-
ie- unlimited itunes, turn by turn gps for iphone,
And they're touting the iPod touch like its something new?... wtf... a new curvy back doesnt make it better for playing games than the previous one!
Im liking the new nano though- its everything I hoped it would be. Colours, slim design, accelerometer, and now massive capacities!... Refinement of an already good player... Did I mention I liked the colours?
