Outlook doesn't like RKLauncher

My love affair with RKLauncher is tainted only by the constant fighting Outlook 2003 does when I'm running the launcher.

Outlook refuses to restore from the icon tray about 90% of the time. If I forget and minimize outlook, it is nearly impossible to restore it to the screen.

Am I alone in this?

Windows XP SP1 using Outlook 2003 on an IBM/Lenovo T-61 laptop with 2 gigs of ram.
