I really want to get this skin working for my vista pc but I just can't. It's not like XP where all you need is the .theme file and your set. I already patched what needs to be done using Vistaglazz. I just don't know who to get this skin working

Which Vista version? And 32bits or 64bits?
Vistaglazz doesn't work under SP1 as far as I know.
I'd get the sp1 files and manually patch them yourself, it's not hard 
(After that, stick it in your windows/resources/themes and go to personalise/themes 
)
I'd patched my SP1 with vistaglazz. All systems go.
Use the beta version of VistaGlazz, or replace your files the old fashioned way.
