Title explains it all really, I've tried closing rk launcher and editing the config file and making it read only, it doesn't help. I don't know what to do and I've tried searching the forums and coming up empty handed.
Any help?
I want RK Launcher to be on the bottom of the screen, in the middle.
This has been mentioned few times here. No one solution seems to fix the problem. :slant:
At least you've tried to rebuild the conf file, that's a start. 
Have you tried re-installing RK, that sometimes works.
Also if your running Vista make sure you have admin rights to add and amend any of the files.
Reinstalled and redid it all, all problems are fixed.
Even the Class error thing or whatever, just had to make two different SysStat folders =P
Ok, I had this problem too and after some testing, I found that my problem file was RKLauncher.conf. I saved all my existing .conf files to a temp directory and then reinstalled RKLauncher from the archive, replacing all files. I then copied each .conf file from the temp directory to the working directory one at a time (if you do the same, don't copy RKLauncher.conf from your temp directory to the working directory - read below). This is how I narrowed down which file was the problem.

Then I just opened both copies of RKLauncher.conf (my original file and the fresh one from the archive), and manually copied my settings from the original file to the working copy. I noticed some of the sections were different and, in particular, the position setting was in a new [Position] section. I think this is what is causing the problems.
