Taskbar / System Tray Icons

Hey,

I've been searching if there is such a topic like I'm opening right now on AS but couldn't find any answer to my question..

All I'm asking for is, is it possible to change the Icons which are marked in a red box? Best would be if i could change the icons in a .dll file.. but if there's any software which makes it possible to change them, it would be good 2..

hope anybody here can help me :)

PS: I'm using Windows XP SP3...

you can change the icons in the apps. sometimes they are simple icon files, e.g. in icq, but most time they are in the exe's of the apps

Use Resource Hacker on the .dll files.

The only problem with reshacker is that some of the programs won't work after you modify them :(

By the way: Is there any Leopard Taskbar System Tray Icon Package out?

The only problem with hacking programs in general is that some of the programs won't work after you modify them :(

Fixed.

Axialis Iconworkshop works very well too, for changing icons within .dll's. There's a option to open in restricted mode so you can't screw up the program files.
